Northcote Manor Hotel is a beautiful wisteria clad 18th century manor house set among the rolling North Devonshire hills. The stunning woodlands and lawns create the perfect backdrop for cherished photographs and the country house hotel with licensed ceremony rooms is the perfect setting for an idyllic and fun exclusive use wedding.

Civil Ceremonies
Choose between our intimate Oak Room and get married bathed in candle light in the bay window overlooking the old Oak tree and the fields beyond or, for larger parties our choose our slate roof conservatory which opens onto the sun terrace and walled garden. 'The Sancyaury at Northcote Manor' is our summer house on the lawns which has been licensed for outdoor ceremonies.

Use the Manor and grounds as your special backdrop for cherished photographs and wedding day footage. Take pictures on the bridge over the water garden or in the apple orchards. Make your own Northcote memories your way - classic and traditional or quirky and fun.

Wedding Catering
Our head chef has written seasonal wedding menus incorporating the best in local produce from our beautiful Devonshire countryside for either sit down or buffet style dining in the Manor House Devon Restaurant.

Exclusive Package
A two-day package would give the option of your wedding party arriving the day before the ceremony and the chance to have a lovely BBQ or buffet supper as an informal gathering before the formalities of the next day, ideal if your guests are traveling some distance.

We can easily cater for up to 50 guests in one room or up to 100 for a seated meal using our restaurants and drawing room.

Exclusive use for one day - £5000.00 Exclusive use for 2 days - £6500.00

The package includes bed and breakfast accommodation for 22 guests, the entire house and grounds, our whole team of staff and a personal wedding coordinator. Our wedding coordinators are highly experienced and can do as much or as little as you like, their main purpose is to enable you to have a stress free wedding and over see the finer details of the day.
