Description

The Grange is a glorious country house built 200 years ago of stone from the Purbeck Hills. It is situated within its own beautiful, formal gardens, and lies just one mile from the historic town of Sherborne.

For many years The Grange has been a favourite venue for Wedding Receptions and similar functions. The rural location of the Manor House together with the beautiful flood-lit gardens help to make any occasion here very special.

Function Rooms
We are pleased to announce that our new Function Room, the Regent Room, is complete. The room seats 120 guests. It overlooks and has direct access to the gardens.

Near the Regent Room is the Wessex Room. This panelled room is ideal for a smaller wedding.

Accommodation
The Grange provides eighteen individually furnished en-suite bedrooms, all with colour TV, Tea and Coffee facilities and direct dial telephone. All the bedrooms are generously proportioned, some having a patio and direct access to the gardens . Two rooms have balconies overlooking the gardens. All bedrooms are non-smoking rooms.
