Each commission has her undivided attention from the designing, through to delivery.
The Traditional Wedding Cake
Can be personalised by introducing detail from the wedding dress and copying the bridal flowers in sugar or fresh flowers.
Model Wedding Cakes
Can be of any buildings, churches, venues, landmarks, private houses or any other item.
Castle Wedding Cakes
With your and my imagination, anything is possible!
Themed Wedding Cakes
Any subject, with imagination!
Chocolate Wedding Cakes
Can be either for part of the menu, sandwiched with chocolate mousse, or sandwiched with butter-cream or ganache as a finger cake. The decoration can be ganache, ganache and caraque (flakes of chocolate), cigarillos, chocolate shapes, etc.
Individual Mini Wedding Cakes.
In cup cases, fondant iced (single or two tiers), round or square. These little cakes can be in either one or several flavours of sponge cake, and/or fruitcake. The cakes can be decorated in many ways.
Book Wedding Cakes
The Sugar pages are hand-painted and illustrated with words and content chosen by you. They can be lifted from the cake and framed as a wonderful memento of your wedding day.

About Sue...
I have over 25 years experience in designing, baking and decorating wedding and special occasion cakes.
I find sugar, in all its forms, a wonderful medium to work with, bringing out my artistic talents in modelling, painting, brush embroidery and all the various types of piping. I can both model and paint from photographs. I am a qualified caterer (IMA) and have spent several years teaching at local colleges of further education and courses from home.
I am based near Frome in Somerset and I mainly cover the counties of Somerset, Wiltshire, North Dorset and South Gloucestershire. But I can take on commissions from the whole of the UK.
