The Greenbank Hotel’s Head Chef, Fiona Were, has compiled a selection of wedding breakfast menus which reflect our focus on fresh, local, seasonal produce.

Before joining the team here, Fiona was the Training and Development Chef for Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall, and she has been named as one of the top 10 female chefs in the UK, in the Independent on Sunday. Fiona is passionate about ingredients and only uses free range poultry and ethically caught fish.
